Buffalo Wings.....Mmmmmmh! so Yummmy

Perfectly Crispy Buffalo Chicken
Tossing the wings in baking powder somehow draws the moister off the skin making it super crispy....

In the oven,flip them only once   to conserve the the temperature while baking...

You are free to use any hot sauce but in my case I used the simplest ....Guess
1 teaspoon of sugar just to hint the sweetness....👐👐👐👐👐👐👐 

To keep the wings as  crispy possible just toss them once in the sauce before serving,,,,
